Have you used truffles? If you haven’t, you need to head to @stonycreekfishfarm tomorrow, last chance this season.
Truffles are often called ‘the diamond of the kitchen’ & considered a prized ingredient, for good reason. They have a fabulous earthy aroma, distinct flavour & an umami character which guarantees to take your dish to the next level, think risotto, pasta, infused oil or simply on scrambled eggs.
Originally truffles came from France, Italy, Spain but now are grown I’m many areas, including our own backyard. How lucky are we? So come enjoy them fresh, local & seasonal before they run out.

New season hazelnuts & walnuts have arrived at the market, not only do they taste great, a perfect snack & addition to your dishes but they’re also packed with so many benefits. Available in their shells or roasted for immediate enjoyment, you couldn’t get fresher or tastier if you tried.
