Business Profile :
We’re small-scale growers on land in Beechworth and leased land in Murmungee growing delicious and healthy seasonal produce for our community. Everything is tended using hand tools. Our system focuses on improving soil health, to produce our organically-grown vegetables, herbs and flowers.
We continue to build good soil with minimal disturbance (low-tillage), love making our own compost, and mulch from the green waste, and making our own amendments. We regularly save our own seed to use for future sowings, and we grow a variety of seasonal produce and flowers in a relatively small space.
Our flowers are sold at market and to local customers, as well as to the local florist.
We also sell products online through the Open Food Network.
We are motivated by our love for the land and seasons, and hope to engage community in good nutrition and a healthy society.
