Swiftcrest Distillery is a small family run farm based distillery. Our 120 acre farm is located in Mansfield at the foothills of Mount Buller and the High Country.
We are one of the few off-grid distilleries in the world. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We gather wind fallen timber from our property and use a wood fired steam boiler to heat our stills. We have had our farm chemical free for over 20years, and use all organic or biodynamic ingredients. Our spirits are made using our natural spring water from our farm, that filters through a nearby granite range. We make a range of artisanal spirits using botanicals that we grow on our farm, our ingredients form our local farmers. Our “Dutch Apple Pie Moonshine” uses biodynamic Apple Juice from a farm in Merrigum and is sweetened with local honey from around Mansfield. Our “Strawberry Summer Gin” is made using organic strawberries from a farm in Mansfield.
